Rev. Dr. Brennetta C. Williams
Reverend Dr. Brennetta C. Williams is the Founder and Senior Pastor of the Impact Worship Center located in Chesapeake, Virginia. The Impact Worship Center is a church with a vision to impact lives for victorious living through empowering, educating, and enlightening through the Word of God.
Dr. Williams received her undergraduate studies degree in Business Management from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. After achieving her Bachelor of Science degree, she earned a Master of Divinity from the Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology in Richmond, Virginia. She earned her Doctorate in Ministry from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. Her professional background includes marketing for several leading pharmaceutical companies. Over the past ten years, she has dedicated her life to providing medicines, education, and community services to those affected and infected with HIV/AIDS. The experience has been instrumental in sensitizing her to the suffering of others.
Dr. Williams answered the call to the gospel ministry and was licensed in 2003 under the leadership of Bishop William D. Scott, Sr. in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She has served as an Associate Minister, Adjutant, Director of Prayer Ministries and in many various capacities of ministering to congregational spiritual needs. Dr. Williams has been blessed to minister locally, nationally and internationally. She is passionate concerning foreign missions and has served on Africa crusade teams to Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Capetown, Durban, Soweto and Johannesburg, South Africa.
Dr. Williams is affiliated with the Worship Center Worldwide Fellowship of Churches and was ordained under the spiritual covering of Bishop Millicent Hunter. She is an evangelist, conference speaker, and community advocate dedicated to faithfully serving others. Her greatest passion is working in the Kingdom of God to see lives renewed, restored and revived. Dr. Williams host the Destined2Impact Empowerment Conference at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
Reverend Dr. Brennetta Williams is the visionary and CEO of Positive Impact Outreach Inc. This non-profit organization is dedicated to positively impacting lives of those in need through the love of Christ. Positive Impact seeks to provide assistance and needed services to the elderly, women, disadvantaged youth, individuals affected by HIV/AIDS and cancer. She is passionate and committed to impacting lives for God’s glory.
Dr. Williams is a native of South Boston, Virginia and currently resides in Chesapeake, Virginia with her husband and daughter.
